Documents Mutually Explanatory. Except as otherwise expressly provided the several documents comprising the Contract are to be taken as mutually explanatory of one another and in case of ambiguities or discrepancies the same shall be explained and adjusted by the Chief Executive & Town Clerk who shall thereupon issue to the Provider appropriate instructions in writing and the Provider shall carry out and be bound by such instructions

Should the Service Provider become aware of any ambiguities or discrepancies in or between the Contract Documents the Service Provider shall immediately give to the Council’s Representative full written details. 2.3. For the avoidance of doubt, the Specification shall at all times have priority over the Method Statement.
Documents Mutually Explanatory. 8.6.1 Except as otherwise expressly provided, the Contract Documents are to be taken as mutually explanatory of one another. Should the Provider become aware of any ambiguities or discrepancies in the Contract documents, the Provider shall immediately inform the Team Manager giving full details. The Team Manager shall issue any appropriate instruction.
Documents Mutually Explanatory. 7.1 All parts of the Contract are intended to be correlative and complementary and any obligation imposed by one part and not mentioned in another shall be performed to the same extent and purpose as though required by all. The misplacement, addition or omission of a word or character shall not change the intent of any part of the Contract from that set forth by the Contract as a whole.
7.2 The Superintendent, where ambiguities or discrepancies are found between the documents, shall issue the necessary clarification or instruction for the Contractor’s compliance.
7.3 Where different standards relative to the same matter appear or are referred to in the Contract, the most stringent of such standards shall apply.

(b) Schedule 1 (Specification);
(c) the Schedules (excluding Schedule 1 (Specification) and Schedule 2 (Supplier’s Delivery Response and Method Statement);
(d) Schedule 2 (Supplier’s Delivery Response and Method Statement). For the avoidance of doubt, the Specification shall at all times have priority over the Method Statement and the Supplier shall be obliged to comply with the Specification and provide the Services in accordance with the Specification.
2.3 Any changes to the Method Statement may only be made in accordance with the Clause 17 (Change Control).
