Common use of Documents on Work Clause in Contracts

Documents on Work. 6.7.1 Developer shall at all times keep on the Work Site, or at another location as the District may authorize in writing, one legible copy of all Contract Documents, including Addenda and Change Orders, and Titles 19 and 24 of the California Code of Regulations, the specified edition(s) of the Uniform Building Code, all approved Drawings, Plans, Schedules, and Specifications, and all codes and documents referred to in the Specifications, and made part thereof. These documents shall be kept in good order and available to District, Construction Manager, Architect, Architect’s representatives, the Project Inspector(s), and all authorities having jurisdiction. Developer shall be acquainted with and comply with the provisions of these titles as they relate to this Project.
