Documents, Statements or Items Missing from Grievance or Appeal. At STEPS TWO and THREE, if any document, statement or item specifically required by this grievance procedure to be included in, provided with or filed with the grievance or appeal is not so included, provided or filed, the College official who is to act on the grievance or appeal may by electronic mail or oral communication request the grievant to provide the missing document, statement or item to the official. If the grievant fails to provide the document, statement or item to the official within four (4) working days after such request and does not communicate to the official an adequate reason excusing such failure within such four-day period, the official may deny the grievance or appeal. If the grievant does provide the document, statement or item to the official within such four-day period, the time allowed for the official to issue his or her decision on the grievance or appeal shall be extended by four (4) working days.

  • SUBMISSION OF THE MONTHLY MI REPORT 4.1 The completed MI Report shall be completed electronically and returned to the Authority by uploading the electronic MI Report computer file to MISO in accordance with the instructions provided in MISO. 4.2 The Authority reserves the right (acting reasonably) to specify that the MI Report be submitted by the Supplier using an alternative communication to that specified in paragraph 4.1 above such as email.   • Program Requirements Provided At No Charge to the Judicial Council A. The Contractor shall provide the following items during the Program at no charge to the Judicial Council: i. Secured Program registration space, including two (2) easels, and one (1) house telephone. ii. Secured Meeting room, which will function as a centralized office area for the Judicial Council during the Program. iii. Secured Program storage space, which will be used to store any Materials that arrive at the Property within seventy-two (72) hours prior to the start of the Program. The Judicial Council will endeavor to ensure that all arriving Materials are marked with the Property’s address, contact’s name, and the date or name of the Program. Should Program Materials arrive at the Property more than seventy-two (72) hours before the commencement of the Program, the Contractor shall receive and store up to five (5) boxes of Materials at no charge. No less than one (1) hour prior to the commencement of the registration for the Program or commencement of the Program itself, the Contractor shall deliver all Materials at the time and to the location as directed by the Meeting Planner. iv.
