Submission of Grievance Information a. Upon appointment of the arbitrator, the appealing party shall, within five (5) days after notice of appointment, forward to the arbitrator, with a copy to the School Board, the submission of the grievance which shall include the following:
1. The issues involved.
2. Statement of the facts.
3. Position of the grievant.
4. The written documents relating to Section 5 of the grievance procedure.

b. The School Board may make a similar submission of information relating to the grievance either before or at the time of the hearing. If the School Board submits information to the arbitrator in advance of the hearing, a copy of such information will be simultaneously submitted to the union.

3. position of the grievant;
4. the written documents relating to Section 5 above.
b) If upon review of the material submitted under a), the position of the Association is unclear to the District, the District may request clarification of the Association's position.
c) The District may make a similar submission of information relating to the grievance either before or at the time of hearing.
Submission of Grievance Information. After the arbitrator has been selected, the parties and the arbitrator will select a mutually convenient date for the arbitration hearing. No less than five (5) days before the arbitration hearing the parties shall exchange and provide the arbitrator with a submission which shall include the following:
(1) The issue involved.
(2) A statement of the facts.
(3) The position of the grievant.
(4) The written documents relating to Section 5, Article X, of the grievance procedure. (The written grievance form, appeal letters and grievance level I, II and III decisions).
Submission of Grievance Information. Upon appointment of the arbitrator, the appealing party and school board or its designee shall forward to the arbitrator and the other party the submission of the grievance which shall include the following:

(3) Position of the grievant
(4) Position of the school board
(5) The written documents relating to Article IX, Section 5 of the grievance procedure
