Submission of Grievance Information. a) Upon appointment of the arbitrator, the association shall within five (5) days after notice of appointment forward to the District submission of the grievance which shall include the following: 1. the issues involved; 2. statement of the facts; 3. position of the grievant; 4. the written documents relating to Section 5 above. b) If upon review of the material submitted under a), the position of the Association is unclear to the District, the District may request clarification of the Association's position. c) The District may make a similar submission of information relating to the grievance either before or at the time of hearing.
