DocuSign Services. DocuSign, its Affiliates, or its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to any and all copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, database rights, and other intellectual property or other rights in and to the DocuSign Services and Documentation, any improvements, design contributions, or derivative works thereto, and any knowledge or processes related thereto (including any machine learning algorithms output from the DocuSign Services) and/or provided hereunder. Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Order Form, all deliverables provided by or for DocuSign in the performance of Professional Services, excluding Customer Data and Customer Confidential Information, are owned by DocuSign and constitute part of the DocuSign Service(s) under the Agreement.

When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Online Services Microsoft warrants that each Online Service will perform in accordance with the applicable SLA during Customer’s use. Customer’s remedies for breach of this warranty are described in the SLA.
