State Approval of Replacement Personnel The Engineer may not replace the project manager or key personnel without prior consent of the State. The State must be satisfied that the new project manager or other key personnel is qualified to provide the authorized services. If the State determines that the new project manager or key personnel is not acceptable, the Engineer may not use that person in that capacity and shall replace him or her with one satisfactory to the State within forty-five (45) days.
Approval of Plans and Specifications The Plans and Specifications will conform to the requirements and conditions set out by applicable law or any effective restrictive covenant, and to all governmental authorities which exercise jurisdiction over the Leased Premises or the construction thereon.
Required Procurement Procedures for Obtaining Goods and Services The Grantee shall provide maximum open competition when procuring goods and services related to the grant- assisted project in accordance with Section 287.057, Florida Statutes.
Approval/Non-Approval We will notify you whether your Application has been approved or denied within 14 days after the date we receive a completed Application. Notification may be in person or by mail or telephone unless you have requested that notification be by mail. You must not assume approval until you receive actual notice of approval. The 14-day time period may be changed only by separate written agreement.
Course Approval Approval for dual credit shall be by the LEA and POSTSECONDARY INSTITUTION representatives on a course-by-course basis each semester based on the student’s prior coursework, career pathway, and/or academic readiness. There is no state limit to the number of credits a student may earn through dual credit in an academic term; however, the student must meet eligibility requirements.
