The Domestic Availability clause establishes requirements or preferences for sourcing goods, materials, or services from within a specific country. Typically, this clause mandates that a certain percentage of components or labor must originate domestically, or it may restrict the use of foreign-supplied items in government contracts or public projects. Its core function is to promote local industry, support national economic interests, and ensure that domestic resources are prioritized over foreign alternatives.
Domestic Availability. After giving effect to the initial Loans, the Borrowers shall have Domestic Availability of at least $20,000,000.
