The insurance does not apply to: - theft-prone property - cash and valuables - property belonging to the renter. - Personal movables must be kept locked in the vehicle.   • Exterior Maintain common exterior areas free from debris, cigarette butts, and other trash, within ten (10) feet of entrances as well as other trash containers as necessary. Remove debris from all ash urns and damp-wipe all ash urns and trash containers.
