In the event that Supplier is Processing any Personal Information under the Agreement, the DP Terms are in addition to and, other than as set forth in Section III(E) (Precedence) below, do not replace any provisions in these Security Terms. If Supplier is Processing Personal Information under the Agreement and the Agreement does not otherwise incorporate the DP Terms, the DP Terms are incorporated by reference into and form an integral part of these Security Terms.
