Common use of DPPA Clause in Contracts

DPPA. Supplier will implement and maintain privacy and security measures to protect Micro Focus data, services and products in accordance with Micro Focus’ current Data Privacy and Protection Agreement (“DPPA”) on the Vendor Portal (the latest copy of which is available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/media/documentation/data-privacy-and-protection-agreement.pdf). The DPPA may be modified from time to time, and any terms not defined within this document will rely on the applicable definition in the DPPA.
