Drainage Study Documentation. The CDS prepared by the Engineer shall include the following format:  Introduction – Location, Existing, Proposed, and FEMA Participation  Hydrology – Map Location, Drainage Area Size, Land Use, Hydrology Method, Comparison to other Methods, and Conclusions with Frequency Discharge Table  Hydraulic - Hydraulic Program Used, Cross-Section Locations, Starting Water Surface Elevation, Tabular Water Surface Profile (design and 100 year, i.e. natural without structures, existing, and proposed)  Impact of Proposed Structure  Scour Evaluations – Methods and Assumptions.  FEMA – Define as Flood Hazard, Detail Study at Project Location (profile is not being raised (meet existing conditions or improve conditions)), CLOMR and LOMR (not required for this project); Coordination with Local FPA, and Non- FEMA Floodplain Liability.  Appendix – Drainage Structure Layouts, Hydrology (inputs and outputs), Hydraulic (inputs and outputs). A. ROW Data and Survey: All standards, procedures and equipment used by the Engineer’s Surveyor shall be such that the results of the survey will be in accordance with Board Rule 663.15, as promulgated by the Texas Board of Professional Land Surveyors.
