Drawing on Partial Redemption or Exercise of Option. If some only of the Certificates of a Series are to be redeemed or subject to the exercise by the Obligor of its right to require the Trustee to redeem some only of the Certificates in accordance with the Conditions, on such date the Principal Paying Agent shall make the drawing that is required in accordance with the Conditions and the Trustee and the Delegate shall be entitled to send representatives to attend such drawing.
