Drill Logs, Assays, and Maps. Copies of all drill logs, exploration information, assays, maps, metallurgical studies, and other factual information pertaining to the Property shall be furnished by Lessee to Owner on a monthly basis and upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement.
Drill Logs, Assays, and Maps. Copies of all drill logs, exploration information, assays, maps, metallurgical studies, and other factual information shall be furnished by Lessee to Owner upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement. Lessee will retain all information derived from Lessee's employees and consultants regarding any form of interpretation of the factual information. Owner, or Owner's authorized agents or representatives, shall be permitted to enter upon the Property at all reasonable times for the purpose of inspection, but shall enter upon the Property at Owner's risk and so as not to hinder unreasonably the operations of Lessee. Owner shall indemnify and hold Lessee harmless from any damage, claim, or demand by reason of injury to Owner or Owner's agents or representatives on the Property or the approaches thereto.
Drill Logs, Assays, and Maps. Copies of all drill logs, exploration information, assays, maps, metallurgical studies, and other factual information shall be furnished by Lessee to Owner annually (within thirty (30) days) following the end of each contract year. Upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement, Lessee shall deliver copies of all data relating to the Property to Owner, which Lessee has not previously delivered to Owner, and Owner may, at Owner's cost, elect to take possession of all drill core cuttings, pulps, and other physical evidence of exploration.
Drill Logs, Assays, and Maps. During the term of this Agreement, Sage shall maintain all customary drill logs, exploration information, assays, maps, metallurgical studies and other information relating to its exploration and development activities on the Mineral Properties and provide copies to Owner in accordance with this Agreement; however, Sage agrees that it would not make any gross misrepresentation or provide fraudulent statements
Drill Logs, Assays, and Maps. Upon request by Owner, copies of all drill logs, exploration information, assays, maps, metallurgical studies, and a summary report of all factual information shall be furnished by Lessee to Owner upon the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

As the Operator, the Owner shall maintain all customary drill logs, exploration information, assays, maps, metallurgical studies and other information relating to its exploration and development activities on the Mineral Claims and provide copies to Rincon in accordance with th▇▇ ▇▇▇eement.

  • SHOP DRAWINGS, PRODUCT DATA AND SAMPLES 4.12.1 Shop Drawings are drawings, diagrams, schedules and other, data specially prepared for the Work by the Contractor or any Subcontractor, manufacturer, supplier or distributor to illustrate some portion of the Work. 4.12.2 Product Data are illustrations, standard schedules, performance charts, instructions, brochures, diagrams and other information furnished by the Contractor to illustrate a material, product or system for some portion of the Work. 4.12.3 Samples are physical examples which illustrate materials, equipment or workmanship and establish standards by which the Work will be judged. 4.12.4 The Contractor shall review, approve and submit, with reasonable promptness and in such sequence as to cause no delay in the Work or in the work of the State or any separate contractor, all Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples required by the Contract Documents. 4.12.5 By approving and submitting Shop Drawings, Product Data and Samples, the Contractor represents that he / she has determined and verified all materials, field measurements, and field construction criteria related thereto, or will do so, and that he / she has checked and coordinated the information contained within such submittals with the requirements of the Work and of the Contract Documents. 4.12.6 The Contractor shall not be relieved of responsibility for any deviation from the requirements of the Contract Documents by the Architect's approval of Shop Drawings, Product Data or Samples under Subparagraph 2.2.7 of these General Conditions unless the Contractor has specifically informed the Architect and the State in writing of such deviation at the time of sub- mission and the Architect and the State has given written approval to the specific deviation. The Contractor shall not be relieved from responsibility for errors or omissions in the Shop Drawings, Product Data or Samples by the Architect's approval thereof. 4.12.7 The Contractor shall direct specific attention, in writing or on resubmitted Shop Drawings, Product Data or Samples, to revisions other than those requested by the Architect on previous submittals. 4.12.8 No portion of the Work requiring submission of a Shop Drawing, Product Data or Sample shall be commenced until the submittal has been approved by the Architect as provided in Subparagraph 2.2.7 of these General Conditions. All such portions of the Work shall be in accordance with approved submittals.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If WCS chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, WCS’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by WCS to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 WCS shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from WCS’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office WCS utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow WCS’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Development Records Each Party shall maintain complete, current and accurate records of all Development activities conducted by it hereunder, and all data and other information resulting from such activities. Such records shall fully and properly reflect all work done and results achieved in the performance of the Development activities in good scientific manner appropriate for regulatory and patent purposes. Each Party shall document all non-clinical studies and Clinical Trials in formal written study reports according to Applicable Laws and national and international guidelines (e.g., ICH, cGCP, cGLP, and cGMP).
