Common use of Driver Support Services Clause in Contracts

Driver Support Services. 3.14.1 The Supplier shall ensure that driver support, including roadside assistance, is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year through a dedicated point of contact. 3.14.2 The Supplier shall provide a dedicated helpdesk/helpline as a first point of contact to assist the Contracting Body(s) drivers with queries regarding the services provided within their Call-Off Agreement.
