Driveway Profiles Sample Clauses

The Driveway Profiles clause defines the required design, dimensions, and specifications for driveways within a project. It typically outlines acceptable grades, widths, materials, and alignment to ensure driveways are safe and accessible for vehicles and pedestrians. By establishing clear standards, this clause helps prevent construction errors, ensures compliance with local regulations, and promotes uniformity across the development.
Driveway Profiles. The Consultant shall prepare driveway profiles for each driveway within the limits of construction, including side streets. Driveway profiles shall be drawn on the cross section sheets at the stations where they occur. These profiles shall show existing and proposed grade lines. Grades of proposed driveways shall conform to Orange County policies and procedures and Florida Department of Transportation Standard Indexes
Driveway Profiles. Update locations of driveways within the project limits where frontage roads or cross streets are proposed to be reconstructed and develop driveway profiles, for driveways with vertical differences greater than two (2) feet, intended to maintain function, and meeting driveway design criteria documented in the Design Summary Report. Delineate the limits of construction outside of the right of way needed to secure driveway profiles complying with design criteria. Calculate and summarize driveway quantities. Driveways must be American DocuSign Envelope ID: B4E47CBB-54AA-4467-B86B-B1C47B94F45E with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG) and Texas Accessibility Standards (TAS) compliant, as applicable. Driveway profiles developed for the project must be placed on roll plots (no plan view). Limits of driveway construction must be reflected on schematic plan view.
Driveway Profiles. CONSULTANT shall develop and layout horizontal and vertical alignments for all driveways within the project limits.
