Common use of Driving Instructor Pay Clause in Contracts

Driving Instructor Pay. A maximum of eight (8) unit employees designated as Driving Instructors who are routinely and consistently assigned to train employees will receive $250 per month. The parties agree that to the extent permitted by law, Driving Instructor Pay is special compensation as defined by CalPERS regulations and shall be reported as such to CalPERS pursuant to Title 2 CCR, Section 571(a)(4) and 571.1(b)(3) as Training Premium.
