Common use of Dual Language Clause in Contracts

Dual Language. Copies of the Agreement or parts of it may be provided in languages other than English. To the extent of any inconsistency between the terms of the Agreement in English and any translation, the English version shall prevail and be binding upon the Parties. In the event a state/jurisdiction requires local language to prevail, this Section 8.11 will not apply to the extent required to comply with appliable laws.
