Common use of Dues and Subscriptions Clause in Contracts

Dues and Subscriptions. The Town agrees to budget and to pay for the professional dues and subscriptions of the Chief for his/her continuation and full participation in national, regional, state and local associations and organizations necessary and desirable for his continued professional growth and advancement, and for the good of the Town, including but not limited to the International Association of Chiefs of Police, the New England Police Chiefs Association, the Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association, and any applicable regional police chiefs association(s).

Dues and Subscriptions. The Town TOWN agrees to budget and to pay for the professional dues and subscriptions of the Chief CHIEF OF POLICE for his/her his continuation and full participation in national, regional, state and local associations and organizations necessary and desirable for his continued professional growth and advancement, and for the good of the TownTOWN, including but not limited to the International Association of Chiefs of Police, the New England Police Chiefs Association, the Massachusetts Chiefs of Police Association, and any applicable regional police chiefs association(s)the Central Massachusetts Police Chiefs Association.

The Town agrees to budget and to pay an appropriate amount for the professional dues and subscriptions of the Chief for his/her his continuation and full participation in national, regional, state and local associations and organizations necessary and desirable for his continued professional growth and advancement, and advancement for the good of the TownTown including, including but not limited limited, to the International Association of Chiefs of Police, the Police Education Research Forum, the New England Police Chiefs Association, the Massachusetts Police Chiefs of Police Association, Association and any the applicable regional police chiefs association(s)Massachusetts Police Chiefs Association.
