Duration and Extension. 1. This Agreement shall remain in effect from the date of execution for a period not to exceed seven (7) years, unless otherwise extended pursuant to Stipulation VI.C. 2. The Agreement shall remain in effect for any ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act major disaster or emergency declarations made before its expiration in order to insure the uninterrupted provision of assistance appropriately authorized under the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act.
