Common use of DURATION OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

DURATION OF FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. This Framework Agreement shall come into force and effect upon its execution and shall continue in force and effect until the earlier of (i) the Framework Agreement End Date; or (ii) the termination by either Party upon notice to the other Party, immediately effective upon the receipt of such notice, provided, however, that the provisions of this Framework Agreement shall survive in respect of any executed GTA for such period and to the extent necessary for the performance of any obligation under such GTA and for no other purpose. Validity of the Framework Agreement may be extended by the mutual agreement of the Parties.
