Common use of Duration of the contract Clause in Contracts

Duration of the contract. 4.1 Capacity Start Date (a) The Capacity Start Date is 08:00 hours on the date specified in the Access Request Form as the Requested Reference Service Start Date. (b) Requests from the Shipper for any amendment to the Capacity Start Date will be considered by the Operator with terms and conditions for any such amendment to be agreed between the parties giving regard to the Operator's circumstances at the time of the request.
