Common use of Duration of the program Clause in Contracts

Duration of the program. This Program is effective as of January 1, 2015. It supersedes all prior performance based bonus programs and shall not be modified or terminated unless authorized in writing by the Program Administrator and/or approved by the Compensation Committee. The Company reserves the right to modify, change or terminate the Program at any time including to revise goals, corporate objectives or to correct bona fide errors in the Program, or for any other reason. Notices of such changes will be made in writing or via electronic mail to all Participants affected by such changes.
