DURATION OF THIS CONTRACT. Subject to compliance of [ARP] with the suspensive conditions stated in the aforementioned Article 14, this Contract comes into effect on the date when [ARP] is registered in the Register of Access Responsible Parties, i.e. no later than three (3) days after ▇▇▇▇ has received the original Contract duly signed by [ARP], provided all of the suspensive conditions stated in this Contract have been complied with. Without prejudice to Article 9 of the Contract, this Contract is of indefinite duration.
