Common use of DURATION OF THIS CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

DURATION OF THIS CONTRACT. This contract shall be for a term of three (3) years commencing the first day of November, 2006 and shall continue and remain in full force and effect until October 31, 2009 and from year to year thereafter unless either party at least one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the expiration date in 2009 or in any year thereafter gives to the other party written notice of its intention to terminate or amend this contract.
