Common use of Duration of Warranty Clause in Contracts

Duration of Warranty. 20 years starting from the date mentioned in the acceptance report of the work in the case of express acceptance, failing that, from the date of issue of the Installer's invoice. It does not apply to defects that appear or those notified to the Supplier by the Beneficiary after the expiration of the warranty period.
