Common use of Duration of Work Clause in Contracts

Duration of Work. The work subject to this CONTRACT will have duration of 15 (fifteen) years and will commence at least 30 days after arrival of materials in the CUSTOMER’s mining area at CATOCA, Lunda Sul Province, republic of Angola. Before the work begins, the Parties will additionally determine a timetable for the whole period.

Duration of Work. The work subject to this CONTRACT will have duration of 15 18 (fifteeneighteen) years months from the date the building site is made available to the contractor and will commence at least 30 days after arrival of materials in the CUSTOMER’s mining area at CATOCA, Lunda Sul Province, republic of Angola. Before the work begins, the Parties will additionally determine a timetable for the whole period.
