Common use of Duration Clause in Contracts

Duration. 44.01 This Agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2022, and shall remain in force until December 31, 2026, and thereafter from year to year, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.
