Pact Duration Clause Samples

Pact Duration. This Pact begins when both parties have legally signed it. It expires for the Contractor after the closure of the contract and for all other Bidder's six month after the contract has been awarded.

Pact Duration. The Integrity Pact shall come into force and be valid from the date it is signed by the BIDDER/ SELLER/ CONTRACTOR and shall remain valid up to 12 months after the last payment to the contractor. In case any BIDDER / SELLER /CONTRACTOR is unsuccessful, the Integrity Pact for such Bidder/Seller/Contractor shall expire after 6 months following the date of placement of Contract/ PO on the successful Bidder/Seller/Contractor. If any claim of violation of the Integrity Pact is made/ lodged during the validity period, the same shall be binding and continue to be valid, even after the period stipulated above, unless discharged/ determined by Buyer.

Pact Duration. 9.1 This Pact shall be operative from the date IP is signed by both the parties till the final completion of contract for successful bidder and for all other bidders 6 months after the contract has been awarded. Issues like warranty / guarantee etc. should be outside the purview of IEMs. 9.2 If any claim is made/ lodged during currency of IP, the same shall be binding and continue to be valid despite the lapse of this pact as specified above, unless it is discharged/ determined by the CMD, BHEL.

Any violation of the same would entail disqualification of the bidders and exclusion from future business dealings. If any claim is made / lodged during this time, the same shall be binding and continue to be valid despite the lapse of this pact as specified above, unless it is discharged / determined by Chairman Coal India Limited / CMD, Subsidiary Companies.

Pact Duration. 9.1 This Integrity Pact shall be operative from the date this Integrity Pact is signed by both the parties till the final completion of contract for successful Bidder, and for all other Bidders 6 months after the Contract has been awarded. Any violation of the same would entail disqualification of the bidders and exclusion from future business dealings. 9.2 If any claim is made/ lodged during currency of this Integrity Pact, the same shall be binding and continue to be valid despite the lapse of this Pact as specified above, unless it is discharged/ determined by the CMD, BHEL.

Pact Duration. This Pact begins when both parties have legally signed it (in the case of EPC i.e. for projects funded by Principal and consultancy services). It expires for the Contractor/ Consultant 12 months after his Defect Liability Period is over or 12 months after his last payment under the contract whichever is later and for all other unsuccessful Bidders 6 months after this Contract has been awarded. (In the case of BOT Projects) It expires for the concessionaire 24 months after his concession period is over and for all other unsuccessful Bidders 6 months after this Contract has been awarded. If any claim is made/ lodged during his time, the same shall be binding and continue to be valid despite the lapse of this pact as specified above, unless it is discharged/ determined by the Principal.

Pact Duration. Integrity Pact, in respect of a particular contract, shall be operative from the date IP is signed by both the parties till the final completion of the contract. Any violation of the same would entail disqualification of the bidders and exclusion from future business dealings. For all other bidders it shall be operative upto 6 months after the contract has been awarded. If any claim is made / lodged during this time, the same shall be binding and continue to be valid despite the lapse of this pact as specified above, unless it is discharged / determined by Chairperson of the Principal.

Pact Duration. 11.1 This Pact begins when both the parties have legally signed it. It expires after 12 months on completion of the warranty/guarantee period of the project / work awarded, to the fullest satisfaction of the Principal. 11.2 If the Bidder(s)/Contractor(s) is unsuccessful, the Pact will automatically become invalid after three months on evidence of failure on the part of the Bidder(s)/Contractor(s). 11.3 If any claim is lodged/made during the validity of the Pact, the same shall be binding and continue to be valid despite the lapse of the Pact unless it is discharged/determined by the Chairman and Managing Director of the Principal.

Pact Duration. 9.1 This Pact shall become effective from the date when both the Parties have executed it or the Parties have shown their intent to enter into the Pact, whichever is earlier. This Pact will expire for the Contractor after it meets all the obligations of the Contract and for all other Bidders 6 months after the Contract has been awarded. 9.2 If any claim is made / lodged during this time, the same shall be binding and continue to be valid despite the lapse of this Pact as specified as above, unless it is discharged/ determined by the Principal
