Dusting. All furniture, office equipment and appliances, windowsills, etc., will be dusted with a treated cloth or static duster. This shall include all horizontal surfaces up to 7 feet high and enough vertical surfaces daily to complete all vertical surfaces within each week. Desks and tables not cleared of paper and work materials will only be dusted where desk is exposed. Telephones will be damp wiped and disinfected. Cobwebs removed nightly.
Dusting. There shall be no obvious dust streaks. Corners, crevices, molding and ledges (including heating) shall be free of all obvious dust. There shall be no oils, spots or smudges on desk or dusted surfaces. Thoroughly dust all vertical and horizontal surfaces in all cleanable areas with approved dust cloth or tool treated with an approved water based dust control chemical, up to and including ceiling vents, air bars, and lighting devices, window blinds, etc. Do not move dusting residue from spot to spot, but remove directly from the areas in which dirt lies by the most effective means appropriate; treated dusting cloths or vacuum tools.
a. Leave no dust streaks.
b. Leave corners, crevices, molding and ledges free of dust and cobwebs.
c. Leave no oil spots or smudges on dusted surfaces caused by dusting tools.
Dusting. Surfaces must be free of dust, litter, lint, and soil, using a dusting solution and saturate dust mops and rags to facilitate removal, except where the solution would damage the item being dusted.
Dusting. High surfaces and objects 96 inches or more from the floor dusted or vacuumed. Includes, but not limited to ledges, ceiling molding, file cases, bookcases, ledges, tops of drapes/blinds. Performed on an as-needed basis, not less frequently than every 90 days.

Laden airborne matter will be removed by either mechanical, chemical or manual means except that devices which merely displace or redistribute the matter, such as feather dusters, will not be used, unless treated to attract and hold the matter. All items moved to accomplish this task will be returned to their original position.
Dusting. Dust all furniture, accessories, ledges and all other horizontal surfaces, using a treated dust cloth. All surfaces will be clean and dust-free. Spot clean as necessary.
