Duties and Restrictions Clause Samples
The "Duties and Restrictions" clause defines the specific obligations that each party must fulfill and the limitations placed on their actions under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines required behaviors, such as maintaining confidentiality, adhering to certain standards, or refraining from prohibited activities like unauthorized disclosure or competition. By clearly delineating what is expected and what is not allowed, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures both parties are aware of their responsibilities and boundaries, thereby reducing the risk of disputes.
