Duties of the Agent. The Agent shall perform such duties as shall be set forth in this paragraph 3 and in accordance with the practice stated in Exhibit A of this Agreement or any amendment thereof, any or all of which duties may be delegated to or performed by one or more Subagents pursuant to Paragraph (3) above.
