Common use of Duties of the Position Clause in Contracts

Duties of the Position. The parties agree that the duties of the PIMS Coordinator and Child Accounting Clerk shall be as set forth in the Job Description attached hereto as Exhibit A. The parties agree that special projects or additional duties may be added from time to time as needed, at the direction of the Director of Technology or Superintendent and approved by the Superintendent.
