DUTY TO PERFORM. Employees must perform their work duties during their work hours and do a competent job in performing those duties.

DUTY TO PERFORM. The Assignor shall duly perform its obligations to file, pursue and support the Brazil Claims before the appropriate forum and to recover any amounts awarded in its favour, shall notify the Assignee of any progress and shall not take any action which will reduce or impede the chances of an award, judgment or order in its favour or recoveries in respect of any award, judgment or order.

DUTY TO PERFORM. Nothing herein contained shall detract from or limit the obligation of the Mortgagor to make prompt payment of the Indebtedness at the time and in the manner provided herein. The Mortgagor will do and perform every act required of it by this Mortgage at the time or times in the manner specified.

DUTY TO PERFORM. The Provider and the City hereby agree to take all reasonable and necessary actions to assure that the terms of this Agreement are performed.

DUTY TO PERFORM. Employees are required to work reasonable amounts of overtime when requested by the employer. In cases of emergency, as determined by the Sheriff, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Jail Administrator, or UG Administrator, employees are required to work overtime as requested and are subject to discipline for any refusal to so work. Bargaining unit members may volunteer for additional overtime. There shall be no limits on voluntary or forced overtime.

The Borrower will do and perform every act required of it by this Mortgage at the time or times and in the manner specified.

DUTY TO PERFORM. The Union acknowledges and agrees that Stewards and other employee committee members as prescribed in this Article have regular duties to perform in connection with their employment. Only employees who have been identified by the Union as Stewards or Executive Committee members to the Employer shall be engaged in ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ activities with the Employer and there shall be no substitutions.
