DVSA APPROVAL AND PRE-CONDITIONS OF TRAINING Sample Clauses

The DVSA Approval and Pre-Conditions of Training clause establishes that any training provided under the agreement is subject to prior approval by the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) and may only proceed once certain pre-conditions are met. In practice, this means that the training program, its content, and the trainees themselves must satisfy specific regulatory requirements or standards set by the DVSA before training can commence. This clause ensures that all training activities are compliant with legal and regulatory frameworks, thereby safeguarding both the provider and participants from non-compliance issues and ensuring the quality and legitimacy of the training.
