E mployees after 10 Years of Service. All employees working on a full-time basis who have completed ten (10) or more consecutive years of employment shall earn vacation leave of 1 ½ working days for each month of service (calculated at 5.54 hours per biweekly pay period) which may be accumulated. This change is not retroactive.

  • Years of Service A Participant’s Years of Service shall include all service performed for the Employer and ¨ Shall ¨ Shall Not include service performed for the Related Employer.

  • PERIOD OF SERVICE The Grant Services will commence on the Start Date and shall expire on the End Date as set forth in the SUMMARY PAGE.

  • Probation for Newly Hired Employees (a) The Employer may reject a probationary employee for just cause. A rejection during probation shall not be considered a dismissal for the purpose of Article 11.2

  • Maintaining Eligibility for Employer Contribution The employer's contribution continues as long as the employee remains on the payroll in an insurance eligible position. Employees who complete their regular school year assignment shall receive coverage through August 31.
