Common use of E-Signatures Clause in Contracts

E-Signatures. The Parties agree that this Agreement may be executed electronically and will be considered signed by a Party when the signature of that Party is delivered by email transmission to the other Party, and will be fully executed when both Parties have so signed. Such email signature will be treated in all respects as having the same effect as an original signature.
