E-Verify Affidavit. Pursuant to Indiana Code 22-5-1.7-11, the Contractor entering into a contract with the City is required to enroll in and verify the work eligibility status of all its newly hired employees through the E-Verify program. The Contractor is not required to verify the work eligibility status of all its newly hired employees through the E-Verify program if the E-Verify program no longer exists.
