Common use of E-Verify System Clause in Contracts

E-Verify System. Manager shall use the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's E-Verify system to verify the employment eligibility of all new employees hired during the term of this Agreement for the services specified in this Agreement. Manager shall include a requirement in any subcontracts that the subcontractor must utilize the E-Verify system to verify the employment eligibility of all new employees hired by the subcontractor during this Agreement term.
