EAP Clause Samples

The EAP (Employee Assistance Program) clause establishes the employer's obligation to provide access to support services for employees facing personal or work-related issues. Typically, this clause outlines the types of assistance available, such as counseling, mental health support, or referral services, and may specify how employees can access these resources confidentially. Its core practical function is to promote employee well-being and productivity by ensuring that staff have professional support to address challenges that could impact their work performance or personal lives.
