The Early Development Term clause defines the initial period during which parties collaborate on early-stage development activities before entering into a longer-term agreement. Early Development Term. The Early Development Term (i.e. the overall term for all Early Development Programs under the Agreement) will commence at the start of the first Early Development Program under the Agreement and will terminate upon the termination of the last to terminate Early Development Program Term (the “Early Development Term”), unless earlier terminated in accordance with the other provisions of this Agreement.

  • Development Period The Contractor may commence pre-construction activities like utility shifting, boundary wall construction or any other activity assigned to the Contractor by the Authority to enable construction of the Project Highway immediately after signing of the Agreement, to the extent that such work is ready for execution. The Parties agree that these works may be taken up and completed to the extent feasible by the Contractor, before declaration of the Appointed Date, but no claim against the Authority for delay shall survive during this period and that the undertaking of these works by the Contractor shall not count towards the Scheduled Construction Period of the project which starts counting only from the Appointed Date. No construction activity of the Project Highway shall be undertaken during the development period.

  • Agreement Term This Agreement commences on the Effective Date and continues until terminated in compliance with this Clause.

  • Payment Term 6.1 With the acceptance of the offer by receiving the Confirmation Email the Lender must pay in the entire loan amount to the Escrow-Account within seven days as laid out in described in the Confirmation Email. The transfer can be made using all the payment methods offered by the platform, including: bank transfer, SEPA direct debit, credit card (up to a maximum of EUR 1,500), SOFORT and use of funds already available on the Investor Wallet. 6.2 If the lender does not comply with his obligation to pay within seven days, the loan agreement expires automatically, without the need for a separate termination by the borrower. 6.3 The offer is not complete and effective until the complete loan amount has been paid into the Escrow-Account as published on the platform. The transfer may be carried out by any of the payment methods offered by the Platform, such as bank transfer, SEPA Direct Debit, credit aard (up to EUR 1,500 maximum), SOFORT and use of funds already available on the Investor Wallet.

  • Research Term The Research Program will be carried out during the two (2) year period following the Effective Date, unless this Agreement is terminated in accordance with Article 13 (such period, as may be extended pursuant to this Section 3.2, being the “Research Term”). BMS shall have the option to extend the Research Term for three (3) additional one (1) year periods on a year-by-year basis after the initial two (2) year period. At least one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the scheduled expiration of the Research Term (i.e., the applicable anniversary of the Effective Date) BMS will provide Ambrx with a nonbinding, good faith indication of whether or not BMS intends to extend the Research Term. In order to exercise its option to extend the Research Term, BMS must provide Ambrx a written notice exercising BMS’ option to extend the Research Term at least ninety (90) days prior to the scheduled expiration of the Research Term (i.e., the applicable anniversary of the Effective Date). If BMS does not provide such written notice, the Research Term will end when scheduled (i.e., on the applicable anniversary of the Effective Date). For each extension of the Research Term, subject to Section 3.4, the JRC will prepare an update to the Research Plan which will include an updated Budget for the BMS-funded Ambrx FTEs to perform the work required under such Research Plan and the projected Third Party Costs.

  • Development Phase contractual phase initiated with the approval of ANP for the Development Plan and which is extended during the Production Phase while investments in ▇▇▇▇▇, equipment, and facilities for the Production of Oil and Gas according to the Best Practices of the Oil Industry are required.
