Early Reporting. If an employee is required to report to work prior to the beginning of the employee’s regular work shift for that workday, and the work assignment continues directly into the employee’s regular work shift for that workday, the employee shall receive compensation for the actual time worked at the appropriate rate of pay. If the employee is required to report to work two or more hours before the employee’s regular starting time, the employee shall receive compensation for the actual time worked, or for four hours of work, whichever is greater, at the appropriate rate of pay.
