Editorial Content. Any Advertisements that might be mistaken for Editorial Content must be clearly marked by Advertiser as an “advertisement” or contain similar clear and conspicuous disclaimers identifying the Advertisement as such, as determined by the Publisher in Publisher’s sole discretion and consistent with Publisher’s policies. Publisher reserves the right to require Advertiser to disclose any Advertisement as advertising to avoid confusion with Editorial Content. “Editorial Content” means all content of the Publication, excluding any advertisements.
