Editorial Control. The Guest acknowledges that the Host has sole editorial discretion over the use, editing, distribution, and promotion of the Content. The Host is under no obligation to publish or use the Content and may edit or modify the Content as deemed necessary, including shortening, adding commentary, or combining it with other materials.
Editorial Control. The Licensee shall be permitted only to exercise editorial control over programming to the extent permitted by federal law.
