Effect of Administrator’s Decision. The Administrator’s interpretation of the Plan, any Awards granted pursuant to the Plan and any Award Agreement, and all decisions, determinations and interpretations of the Administrator shall be final, binding and conclusive for all purposes and upon all Participants.
