Common use of Effect of Redemption Clause in Contracts

Effect of Redemption. If the redemption price of the Bonds has been paid to the Trustee in immediately available funds on or before the redemption date, then interest thereon will cease to accrue, and the Registered Owners will have no rights with respect to such Bonds nor will they be entitled to the benefits of the Indenture except to receive payment of the redemption price thereof and unpaid interest accrued to the date fixed for redemption.

If payment of the redemption price of the Bonds has been paid to the Trustee in immediately available funds duly provided for on or before the redemption date, then interest thereon on the Bonds called for redemption will cease to accrueaccrue on such date, and the Registered Owners will have no rights with respect to such Bonds nor will they be entitled to the benefits of the Indenture except to receive payment of the redemption price thereof and unpaid interest accrued to the date fixed for redemption.
