Common use of Effect of Redemption Clause in Contracts

Effect of Redemption. Effective immediately prior to the close of business on the Redemption Date for any shares of Series A Preferred Stock redeemed pursuant to this Section 6, Dividends shall no longer accrue or be declared on any such shares of Series A Preferred Stock, and such shares of Series A Preferred Stock shall cease to be outstanding.

Effect of Redemption. Effective immediately prior to the close of business on the Redemption Date for any shares of Series A Preferred Stock redeemed pursuant to this Section 67, Dividends shall no longer accrue or be declared on any such shares of Series A Preferred Stock, and such shares of Series A Preferred Stock shall cease to be outstanding.

Effect of Redemption. Effective immediately prior to the close of business on the Redemption Date for any shares of Series A Preferred Stock redeemed pursuant to this Section 68, Dividends shall no longer accrue or be declared on any such shares of Series A Preferred Stock, and such shares of Series A Preferred Stock shall cease to be outstanding.

Effective immediately prior to the close of business on the Redemption Date for any shares of Series A Preferred Stock redeemed pursuant to this Section 610, Dividends shall no longer accrue or be declared on any such shares of Series A Preferred Stock, and such shares of Series A Preferred Stock shall cease to be outstanding.

Effective immediately prior to the close of business on the Redemption Date for any shares of Series A B Preferred Stock Shares redeemed pursuant to this Section paragraph 6, Dividends shall no longer accrue or be declared on any such shares of Series A B Preferred StockShares, and such shares of Series A B Preferred Stock Shares shall cease to be outstandingoutstanding and the Holders shall cease to have the rights of Members in respect of such shares (except the right to be paid the applicable redemption price).

Effective immediately prior to the close of business on the Redemption Date for any shares of Series A Preferred Stock redeemed pursuant to this Section 69, Participating Dividends shall no longer accrue or be declared on any such shares of Series A Preferred Stock, and such shares of Series A Preferred Stock shall cease to be outstanding.
