Effect of Renewal. The following terms and conditions will be applicable if Tenant renews the Lease:

Effect of Renewal. Except as expressed herein, the terms of the Agreement remain in full force and effect. If there is a conflict between this Renewal and the Agreement, the provisions of this Renewal shall prevail. This Renewal shall be effective upon execution by the County.

Effect of Renewal. If the Parties renew this Contract at the end of the Initial Term, the final asset evaluation required by this Section shall not be performed at the end of the Initial Term, but instead shall be performed at the end of the Renewal Term. The standards established by this Section for the condition of the Transfer Station and Drop- Box Sites upon its return to the County shall apply notwithstanding any such renewal.

Effect of Renewal. Subscriber agrees that by not terminating this Agreement, on each renewal, Subscriber will be bound by the Terms and Privacy Policy in the form posted to the Website as of the renewal date.

Effect of Renewal. Upon renewal of this Agreement, Licensee may elect one of the following options: (1) Retain access to all Standards in the Filing Cabinet, in which case Licensee shall have no access to any additional Standards during the Renewal Term; (2) Request that IEEE delete a certain number of Standards from the Filing Cabinet while retaining access via Licensee’s Filing Cabinet to those not deleted and receive a corresponding credit to access during the Renewal Term the number of Standards deleted; or (3) In addition to selecting the option set forth in Section 5(b)(1) or 5(b)(2), pay an additional license fee for access to an additional allotment of Standards during the Renewal Term; provided, however, that the Filing Cabinet can hold no more than fifty (50) links to Standards at any time.

Effect of Renewal. Once Tenant delivers a notice of exercise, ----------------- Tenant may not withdraw such exercise, and such notice shall operate to extend the Lease Term (unless Tenant is in default under his Lease at the time of the exercise of the option). Upon any extension of the Term pursuant to this Section, the term "Lease Term" as used in this Lease shall thereafter include the Extended Term as set forth in this Section and the Lease Termination shall be the date of the expiration of the Extended Term. Except for the monthly Base Rent which shall be adjusted as set forth below, all other Rentals provided for in this Lease shall be applicable and payable by Tenant during the Extended Term.

Effect of Renewal. Upon renewal, all terms of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect unless explicitly modified in writing signed by both Parties or as permitted through the amendments process in Section 16.

Effect of Renewal. If the incumbent cable operator’s cable franchise is renewed during the term of this Agreement, the relevant provisions of this Agreement shall be amended to ensure that the Grantee’s PEG access obligations match those established in the incumbent’s renewal franchise, as required by 47 C.F.R. § 1505(d)(7).
