The administrator demonstrates a thorough knowledge of school system policies, practices and procedures as well as of appropriate state and federal laws and regulations. C. The administrator applies current knowledge of fiscal management policy and practices within the scope of his/her responsibility. D. The administrator balances advocacy for resources for his/her school or program, with a broad understanding and promotion of system wide resource needs and allocations. E.
