Effective date and application. 1. These Shadow Allocation Rules shall enter into force in accordance with the applicable national regulatory regime upon the approval by or, where applicable, notification to the relevant National Regulatory Authorities and on the date announced by the Allocation Platform 2. These Shadow Allocation Rules apply to Capacity Allocation with the delivery period from 1st January 2016.
